Shipping & Delivery
We use courier services like FedEx, Aramax, Delhivery, DotZot, Indian Post, Blue Dart and many more. We deliver across PAN India. Depending on your location standard delivery period is 2-10 working days once dispatched. Delivery charges may vary Product wise as Mentioned on Website for all products. At the time of delivery if product packing found open or damaged, please don't accept the package.
Return Policy
We are working hard to serve the needs of our customers. However, if our product doesn't fit your requirement / you, don't get the product as described or product received in damage condition, you can contact us for return / replacement for that particular product. As soon as we get the product back, we will refund your money immediately. In case of replacement requested, replacement product will be delivered to you soon. Some of the points to remember for return procedure :- 1. Return/Replacement request should be done within 7 days period, of receipt of product, first time. 2. Money would be refunded to your Bank account within 10 days after receiving the product. 3. All Returned items should be unused. Product should be returned with its original brand packaging and tag/s. Packing shouldn't be handled / opened badly. Please note that if the product sent back is in different condition, RETURN WILL NOT be accepted. 4. If You received wrong / damage / defective item, you should notify us within 24 hours time period, of receipt of delivery. 5. Also make sure that returned item is packed with safety so that it doesn't get damaged during transit.
Tolerance for Variations
Since all our products are handloom, hand woven, handcrafted, handmade, slight tolerance and variations will be there. Especially in block prints & embroideries, color variations, handcrafted decor, will have slight variations. Pictures of products in the website might be for reference, exact copy might be available. We will surely mention against each image. We try to maintain exclusivity of product, style, designs and colors, hence duplicates might not be available.
